My Journey with
The Monroe Institute
In 2024, I was selected to participate in the Monroe Institute’s inaugural Content Creator Program. What began as a week-long immersion into consciousness exploration became a transformative turning point for me. Inspired by the profound experiences I encountered at the Institute, I completed a year of intensive training and was invited to join the Monroe Institute’s outreach team as a certified trainer.
Today, I host Monroe Institute programs designed to help individuals explore expanded states of awareness, deepen meditation practices, and unlock greater levels of personal insight and growth. Through these practices, many also become more open to exploring consciousness as a potential bridge to profound spiritual experiences.

I am certified to facilitate the Exploring Consciousness program which is an introductory 2-day derivative of the popular Gateway Voyage. I offer in-person and virtual retreats.
More information on Exploring Consciousness can be found on the Monroe Institute website. If you’d like to experience the program with me, do not book through the Monroe Institute website. Instead, book with me on this site. -
Experientially: The class structure, audio exercises and lessons learned will all be identical. It comes down to your preference. Both formats offer advantages, and the expansion of consciousness is equally powerful. While virtual programs are socially engaging, in-person programs will have an enhanced social factor of being around a group physically. I will also host evening skywatches on the final night following an in-person program.
Price points: Please pay attention to pricing when booking your retreat.
Travel: In-person retreats will be held in the southeastern North Carolina. Virtual retreats will require no travel and will be held fully online. For virtual retreats, I highly recommend participating from a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax and have a place to lie down during meditation sessions.

Once your program is booked, I will confirm the final schedule for your specific retreat should there be any caveats.

In-Person Retreats
I will provide headphones and snacks at the retreat. You are encouraged to bring the following:
Eye masks for mediations. I highly recommend the Mindfold. Purchase it here.
A journal and writing utensil(s) for note-taking and meditation reflections.
Plan for meals if provided snacks are not desired.
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Quick tip: Heavy scents, such as perfume and scented oils/lotions are not recommended. They can be distracting during meditations as your senses expand.
Virtual Retreats
You will need headphones and a desktop or laptop computer (with a camera and microphone) for the best audio experience. Use of iPads may not allow for stereo reception and are not recommended.
Reliable internet connection with a recommended minimum speed of 5 Mbps is needed for streaming the exercises.
All of the tools listed for In-Person Retreats.

The cost of the in-person program includes the course material only. Participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meal expenses.

Testimonials from Previous Explorers
I had the pleasure of attending Ryan Bledsoe’s Monroe retreat this weekend. If you have the desire to go to Monroe, but can’t afford it or want to dip your toes in before committing to Gateway, I highly recommend attending one of Ryan’s retreats. In-person or virtual. This weekend was honestly a pivot point in my life. I went in with zero expectations and left with less internal walls and barriers, and can now fully trust my instincts, knowings and abilities. I went out-of-body and realized that this isn’t new to me.

I recently had the opportunity of attending Ryan's Monroe program in NC. While it was a shorter time frame than the Virginia (in-person) Gateway, it was no less profound. It's obviously really exciting to have psychic abilities heightened, to experience something like extreme precognition, and generally enjoy exploring expanded states of consciousness, however, the most real and important takeaways for me always have to do with the relationships, the friendships. The time and stories shared with those people who are willing to follow their curiosity and intuition. There really is nothing that compares to meaningful spiritual community.

In the setting Ryan set up for us (ridiculously amazing by the way), I was able to not only feel my spiritual body moving outside of my physical body, but I was introduced to myself somehow. It's hard to describe, but Ryan facilitated that introduction, and through the Monroe Institute exercises and the science behind them, I got to know my higher self and this gift released so much pain and sadness I didn't realize I was holding on to. I've been given tools to do this any time, anywhere, and any way. I've never experienced anything like it.

The Exploring Consciousness program was incredible! I gained so many tools I can use in every aspect of life and had experiences that will stick with me for life. Ryan is the perfect trainer to inform, equip, and support you through the program. I recommend this program with Ryan to everyone!
